It was really fun for me to be on stage with Dick Wall. He is really a great speaker. The room was full. I think that there was more than 1200 attendees. It shows that GWT is really a hot technology.
My presentation runs with the "Demo Effect" : I got a bug in Powerpoint ;-) that disturbed me a lot :-(.
The MyForm Demo is available here : MyForm. You can test it if you add it in the Orkut Sandbox OpenSocial Container. Just sign for a account : http://sandbox.orkut.com
Here are the slides :

I think the powerpoint wasn't so much an issue, maybe the igoogle / opensocial demo wasn't the best way to impress the crowd with what GWT can do for them.
IMHO it would have been a better approach to demo how easy it is to create and debug a rich business-type webapplication in minutes in Java.
IMHO you went a little too fast over the kitchensink and GWT-Ext showcase demos. You showed the impressive results but not enough of what it takes for the developer to get there besides opensocial/igoogle. GWT can be a productive tool for much more than that but I believe the crowd did't got that message, at least not the few people I spoke. Too bad... :(
Kudos to you and Dick Wall for standing up there, it was fun :)
